Project management during isolation
So, it's coming to the end of my 3 year degree and I'm stuck in isolation trying to work from home. Coronavirus has had a large effect on my work as I haven't been able to physically work because I don't have the equipment at home, so I am unable to be hands on.
Interdisciplinary
My interdisciplinary project is still able to go ahead, I am creating a magazine which will become a game, you will have to guess the year. This is because I am looking at the circle of fashion and how trends come round every decade, they are either the same or have a slight enhancement or are just completely reworked but inspired by an older trend. And I find this really interesting, why haven't we or we very rarely see a new kind of fashion trend?
Photography
My photography project however has been difficult to think of how I could create my work. But as I am looking at social interactions it has allowed me to focus on the way people have changed their interactions with friends and family members and what is keeping them in contact, would they change how they interact with people in the future? This to me is interesting as I am watching it and have been watching it unfold in front of me. I am thinking that this project can be a before and after, an explanation of how people feel about interacting with others, whether they will change their behaviours when they interact, will it be different with family etc? At the moment, I am still collecting images for this project to be able to explore a few different ways to exhibit the work.
