Degree show Fundraising

This is one of the introductory lectures to this module, where we were told to create ideas for fundraising so we are able to have a catalogue at the degree show. 

Some ideas:

Cakes Sales

Christmas markets selling our own work

Bingo / Raffles etc 

Outdoor cinema on campus

Treasure hunt (students against lectures)

Carnivals

We split off into groups to discuss these ideas and how we would make them happen. The idea our group had was bingo, where we take inspiration from a game that travels the uk. It is a game of bingo but you are able to drink at the same time and as university students have a reputation for drinking we thought the SU would be a great place to set it up. This could allow us to access a large number of people and have a fun evening.
